SERVPRO quickly responds to property damage emergencies ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to those suffered by individual businesses and homes. POSITION: Lead Restoration Technician (Crew Chief) Warehouse Location: Hawthorne, Ca Pay Rate: $19.50- 24/hr. DOE (On average, our Crew Chiefs make $50k-80k a year including the OT and Bonuses) QUALIFICATIONS: Valid IICRC WRT certification 6+ months experience in the Fire and Water restoration industry Excellent Customer Service A valid driver license with a reasonable driving record Ability to pass a criminal background check Because we provide 24 hour emergency services, must be willing to be on call occasionally Some night and weekend work is required Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate JOB DESCRIPTION: Explain restoration processes and answer customer questions Monitor, communicate, and respond to customer needs/concerns. Communicate clear expectations to Production Technicians and supervise their activities Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control Identify safety hazards, communicate, and establish control measures to ensure the safety of occupants and worker Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details Manage and control costs of production projects Manage assets by protecting and using equipment and materials properly PERKS: OT + On Call Bonuses Weekly Pay Schedule PTO & Sick Pay Medical, Vison, Dental, Life Insurance Company Car Provided During Working Hours SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
