Property Management Company is seeking a full-time maintenance. Individual will be overseeing 2 properties. The properties are a mix of family & special needs buildings & are located in the city of North Hills, CA with 80 units.
The following is a brief description of the position:
Keep a well-maintained appearance of the development
Maintain safety and security of the development and the residents at all times
Completion of service requests Interior painting and maintenance repairs
Assist in move-in and move-out inspections
Prepare vacated units for re-rental
Exterior & interior cleaning
Assist with emergencies and after hours when necessary.
Requirements:
3+ years of maintenance experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
General Handyman Repair Experience for drywall, plumbing, electrician, & painter
Valid Driver License is required.
