LA Apartments is in search of several contract Maintenance Technicians to handle the vacancy turnover/remodeling for a large portfolio of multifamily apartments. We have apartment buildings in West Los Angeles, Hollywood, Venice, Highland Park and you would be assigned to any of these locations. Candidates should have their own vehicle/tools and have knowledge in residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting and drywall, hardwood flooring. You should have the ability to professionally interact with tenants in a friendly manner and follow-up with tenants and office staff. The perfect candidates will have the following: · Have 2-5 years experience in maintenance · English language proficiency · Maintenance experience in the multi-family or similar industry · Knowledge of and experience in HVAC and carpentry a plus · Valid driver’s license, Insurance and good driving record · Dependable and good quality work The pay will vary based on the amount of work that needs to be done in each apartment.
