We are actively recruiting for Maintenance handyman for our client, a manufacturing company in Lancaster, MA. The primary responsibility is to handle all maintenance for the building. Responsibilities: - Performing miscellaneous handyman repairs including but not limited to painting, drywall, minor lighting/electrical, and carpentry. - Hanging air lines for compressed air in our new building - General maintenance & cleaning of properties. - Washing floors - Responsible for changing out light bulbs and ballasts as needed Requirements: - Basic carpentry skills - Previous maintenance experience preferred - Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs - Requires occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling This is a full time, temp-to-perm/evaluation hire position with great career growth opportunities!
