The first re is a very negative perspective. It has been proven countless times that Global warming is caused by humans. To dispute this is absurd. If you do not believe that human activity has an affect on our climate, you are living a lie. There will certainly be an expense to reversing climate change. I do not believe the bill should be handed to taxpayers. Big business should pay their share because they are the ones who profited from actions that caused the damage. Consumers should pay because our own gluttony is the cause of climate change. Each person just take responsibility for our actions. Any person who is not a part of the solution is a part of the problem. .
