Flynn is currently hiring hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team! Year-round work in central Oregon! Ideal candidates will have at least 3-6 months of construction experience and familiarity with various tools, but entry level candidates are also encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to learn a specialty construction trade (commercial roofing) and grow with our team! Starting pay is $16+ per hour DOE paid weekly. Full benefits are provided (medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, bonus incentive, etc.). Must have a strong work ethic, be safety focused, team oriented, comfortable working outside, and reliable.
