Qualifications: · Minimum of 3 years of relevant Construction experience · Siding, Framing, and Window installation preferred · Must have a Strong/Clean presence · Strong attention to detail · Strong Customer Service presence · Reliable Transportation · Valid Driver's License Job Description: · Arrive to work on time and ready to work. · Assigned a truck, responsible for inventory & trucks maintenance (arrange with field manager) · Help load, unload, and clean out trucks and trailers · Protect customer's home before starting work ( drop cloths in walking areas, moving furniture safe distance from works area) · Install windows according to AAMA best practices standards · Clean up job sites to original site or better · Must communicate with the home owner and solve job site complications in a positive and professional manner · Work with the field manager to finish on time and keep current on schedule · Recycling windows when not on site · Responsible for cleaning trucks and warehouse up keep · Responsible for training/managing installers and report needs and issues to the Field Manager · Check Schedule and prepare for the next day’s jobs (supplies, timing, check with sales on scope of work and contact customer prior to job to ensure they're ready for the team) · Understand CRM Reports so job is finished accurately.
