Acme Cone is looking for a full-time employee to fill a position for general labor. At Acme Cone we specialize in the manufacture and distribution of commercial roofing products. All products originate from rolled PVC or TPO membranes, constructed and heat welded into spec driven products. All seams are manufactured with a commercial strength heat gun. We will provide on the job training for all duties to hired prospects. Work Hours- 6:00 am- 2:30 pm (Mon.-Fri.) **We are accepting resume's via Walk-In and email. All candidate's will be subjected to a in-person interview upon a confirmed review.** --Essential Skills-- * Use of measurement tools (measuring tape, ruler, and angle finder). * Forklift use (On-site training). * Razor Blade/ Cutting Tool usage. --Job Duties and Responsibilities-- * Standing for entire shift. * Hand usage on a daily basis. * Documenting each complete part by signing off, ensuring all production cut items are counted. * Verifying the documented products measurements, correct type and color. * Documenting the completion of each piece. * Organizes the pieces by respective measurements, per Work Order. * Displays good communication skills. --Physical Demands-- * This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching, all day. The employee must frequently lift and/or move items over 50-60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. * Exposure to workplace noise hazards, sounds and vibrations.
