Landscaping foremen and crew members needed for the 2021 season: Lincoln Landscaping Company is looking for energetic, hard-working people to fill full-time landscaping positions beginning in late March, weather permitting. Duties may include mulch, plant and sod installation, landscape maintenance, assisting the tree crew with brush removal and clean up, and installation of edging, pavers, and retaining walls. Because we provide a number of services, flexibility and willingness to learn are important qualities to have in this role. Additional requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Be comfortable working in awkward positions (on knees and/or bent at knees) for several hours at a time and/or walking over rough, uneven terrain Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is a plus Work weeks runs M-F and averages 45+ hours during spring/summer season At least 1 year of prior experience is preferred, but we will train the right people. We are also looking for the ideal person(s) to join us as a landscape foreman. In this role you would lead crews of 2-3 to successfully complete projects in a timely and safe manner.
