Exec U Care Services is currently looking for a Cleaning Manager to join our team! Cleaning managers perform various functions and provide support when necessary to ensure optimum service. The work is performed in a commercial building environment. Service provided might be in one building or spread over several buildings; with a wide variety of personnel with different functions, personalities, and abilities; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Managing and motivating a team of cleaning staff Conduct stock management of consumables and other supplies Ensure employees are properly trained and equipped to perform their role Certify that equipment is safe to use and in good working condition Supervise performance of cleaning team Collaborate with clients to ensure there are no problems on site Keep close interaction, communication, and coordination with the office A professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong leadership skills to include duties such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, restrooms, trash and other duties associated with custodial engineering. Other duties as needed Pay starts at $20/hr with raise after 30 day review. Job duties will vary between day and evening time hours.
