DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDERS (DSPs) for newspaper home delivery routes. We have 2 Monday through Sunday, 7-day a week routes available in Great Barrington / Alford / West Stockbridge market. Please note the following. If this works for your lifestyle, we are happy to train you to be as efficient and effective as you can be. --DSPs are independently contracted, so taxes are not withheld and we will issue you a 1099 a the end of the year --This is very early morning work (routes start ~~4:30 AM each day, earlier on Sunday) --The pay ranges on the route between $350 and $400 weekly, plus tips, with no collections required, for either. --The route timing will depend on your efficiency and vehicle, but we aim to keep them a little over 2 hours per morning. Sunday will take a little longer, due to the bigger paper, multiple sections, and higher copy count. --Delivery should be done using a 4-cylinder, reliable vehicle, inexpensive to maintain, and capable of managing 70-80 miles daily. This position is unusual in that you are working every day, but only for a few hours. As such, it is better to think of it more like a lifestyle than a job.
