Metro Tint Texas is an established and growing Dallas-based window film company specializing in Security Window Films and other products. We are looking for motivated Flat Glass window film/tint installers. Previous experience in a similar trade is preferred. We will train the right individual. • This is for Commercial and Residential Installations* (Please note this is NOT for automotive window film) If you don’t have any experience - We Will Train You! (If you have experience, we can put you to work immediately. Salaried and sub-contract opportunities available.) Helper to Installer to Technician/Growth Opportunity Are you looking for an exciting, hands-on career in the window film industry? We are looking for a full time helper that will quickly grow into an installer and with a clear training path for the opportunity to become a certified technician. We install Decorative, Solar Control and Safety Security Film to Commercial Buildings and to Residential Homes in Dallas, Fort Worth and the surrounding area. We are headquartered in Grand Prairie, Texas and service local, regional and national accounts - however - you will be working all over the DFW Metroplex daily! Requirements We are currently seeking a helper/technician for flat glass window film installation. This is a key position with Metro Tint Texas. This person must be capable of learning all aspects associated with flat glass window film installation. We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow with us! NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY - We are excited to train you! Job Duties • Preparation and Installation of window film for flat glass • Assisting and interfacing one-on-one with customers • Warehouse and other duties, as assigned Qualifications • High level of professionalism • Attention to detail • Strong verbal communication • Customer service oriented • Self-motivated • Reliable Transportation is a must • Excellent driving record and valid driver’s license • Must be able to climb a ladder and no height issues • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds • Willingness to learn and work hard! • Essential to be a team player. • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
