Responsibilities: • Clean parking lot areas and pick up all debris • Wipe down window frames • Replace trash liners in common area trash cans • Inspect property and report damage / vandalism • Replace trash liners in common area trash cans Requirements: • Ability to manage your time efficiently. • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds. • Handle basic cleaning and other janitorial work. • Able to work safely with a variety of cleaning supplies. • Willing to train. Experience not required • Must be legal to work in the US • Must have a clean driving record with DMV print-out
