CraftForce works with some of the finest construction, manufacturing, and warehousing companies in the Cincinnati area and we have a ton of jobs to choose from, so send us your resume and references today and be a part of an amazing team with great pay and benefits! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available Here are some potential tasks that you might be required to perform: The successful candidate must show the ability to do the following: • Gather parts and stage the materials that are needed by the skilled craft worker to build or ship the machine. • Receive instruction from supervisor or lead to decide what materials to gather for building, loading, or unloading. • Deliver all materials needed to the appropriate area in a timely manner. • Use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. • Layout, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, and rulers. • Use forklift, pallet jacks, and other material handling vehicles to move materials throughout the facility. • Other duties as assigned. Education / Job Knowledge Requirements • High school diploma or GED • Demonstrated experience working with power tools (i.e. nail guns, grinders, paint spray guns, overhead cranes, etc.) and manual tools (i.e. screwdrivers, ratchets, and tape measures) in an industrial/manufacturing environment • Ability to work at an appropriate pace • Prior carpentry or machine assembly experience is preferred PHYSICAL DEMANDS To perform this job successfully, the physical demands listed are representative of those that must be met by an employee.
