Straightforward Plumbing Job

Hello, I have a straightforward plumbing job. I'd like to get done asap so I can move in a washer and dryer. I put a quick you tube video of the job with full details so that you can reply with your quote. Once I get all my quotes I will contact the selected plumber. I have a house on Morgan Street in New Bedford Near downtown New Bedford. I'm removing a clawfoot ( I will handle that - not looking for any help with that). Basically what a plumber will knock out is: -disconnect the clawfoot tub from the home's connections. -Replace with washer connections for hot and cold water (hot and cold already exist so it's just adding the new hardware for the washer. -I also have a sink that is running despite the handle being all the way closed - seems like a quick plumbing adjustment. -Replacing a two faucets in a sink (broken handles) replace with new ones (provided). I also want to ask a few questions when you are onsite about building out a 3rd floor (bigger job). I just put on a new roof so thinking about building out an apartment on 3rd floor and what full plumbing would look like and what kind of budget I need to get in place.
