Guitarist/Vocalist seeks likeminded bandmates

Description

Testing the waters for a certain situation here... As of late I've been missing the camaraderie of being part of a band, especially the writing process. I have prior touring/recording experience with pro level gear and have a plethora of drum/bass/key plug-ins that I use to write and record. Currently I'm seeking guitarists, bassists, keys, vocalists. I'm in my early 30's, married with kids and work full time. ...that being said... Since my last band's demise years ago, I record songs/ideas periodically to scratch the itch of being in a band. I've danced with the idea of finding a few others in a similar position and mind-frame as my own to shoot said songs/ideas back and forth. This is likely a pipe dream, but I figure it worth a shot. Obviously, this requires bandmates who: - Possess the ability to record usable tracks - Are knowledgable on how to collaborate via the interwebs - Enjoy the writing/creative process - Won't get salty over the reality that this "band" isn't an immediate priority. First and foremost this "band" should be a creative outlet and stress reliever. I'd love to practice and play shows as life permits, but as adults, we know that isn't always the easiest thing to accomplish often. Bands I listen to in semi-frequent rotation and may suggest that we could work well together: (In no particular order) - From Indian Lakes - The Mars Volta - Closure In Moscow - Thrice - Turnover - Russian Circles - Valleyheart - Defeater - Pianos Become The Teeth - Jimmy Eat World - Moving Mountains - Minus The Bear - CoCa - LedZep - Botch - Glassjaw If you're interested after laughing at my naiveness, shoot me an email and I'll get back to you asap.
