I am looking for someone that can do 1, 2 or all 3 jobs. Mechanic: I have an 06 Infinit G30 I need a little work on. Should be easy. Front wheel squeaks when driving and goes away when brakes are applied. I presume it something to do with the brakes. Also, makes a horrendous noise when AC is turned on. I think that something is hitting the fans. Handyman: I have several projects I would like to get done. Need some caulking done, grout to be re-applied, and have some tiles that make a "click" sound when stepped on in a certain area. Not sure how laborious the tile work is, but would like to get that fixed. Most important though is my deck needing a new coat of paint or stain, along with some of the deck needing to have screws installed where the boards are starting to feel a little loose. I may have more work, depending on your skill level, Landscaper, Gardener: Would like some work done around the yard. Need some weeding done, holes in the lawn patched up from dogs digging, need some beauty bark applied and just overall stuff to make the yard look nicer.
