Two jobs- both minor gutter maintenance on 1 side of a house. The houses are across the street from each other. The 1st job ($200) the gutter was backed up badly and flooding water down the side of my house during the last storm at a specific section (in the photo, where the joint is). It is likely clogged and needs to be cleaned. If it needs to be resealed at the joint I'd like you to seal it up, I have a tube of sealant. You need to be great on a ladder and bring your own 20ft ladders. Take a look at the photos, it is between two buildings in a 2 foot walkway. I have seen it done before. The 2nd job ($150) is easier. On that one I want you to unclog a downspout.
