Solar Roof Crew Lead National Solar Service is currently looking to hire on a highly motivated Solar Roof Crew Lead for our installation crew. As our business has continued to grow, we have now moved into the Michigan market and are expanding. You will be responsible to lead, organize and motivate the installers on the crew with the proper installation and efficient installation processes. This is a field working leadership position. You will be installing along with the installers. To qualify you will need to have: -Experience as a lead installer -Good leadership skills -Excellent Organization skills - Valid Driver’s License -Good Troubleshooting skills -Comfortable working at heights -Comfortable working on roofing surfaces Solar Installers To qualify you will need to have: -Comfortable working at heights -Comfortable working on roofing surfaces -Able to lift 50 lbs. -Have a good work ethic Having Solar experience is a huge plus, but is not necessary, we will train you.
