Production Assistant Needed 5 days a week (Sugar Land) Interesting in working for a small team that manufactures Massage Oils and Personal Lubricants? The productions assistant reports to the director and works toward ensuring a smooth business environment with the focus of optimal manufacturing. This position requires to work well both alone and with other team members. As the position involves collaboration with different departments to increase overall work performance, strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills are needed. Key Result Areas: • Work closely with the director to oversee daily production requirements • Fulfill Online orders correctly and on time • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse • Manage inventory of production materials • Find ways to improve performance and work efficiency Qualifications for Operations Assistant: • Have a positive can-do attitude • Experience in manufacturing preferred • Ability to work alone on tasks • An eye for attention to detail • Ability to lift more than 40 lbs Must have: 1. Reliable transportation 2. Ability to work in US Opportunity: • 30hr a week from 9am to 3 pm M through Friday • Pay is $11 per hour
