FOSTER NEEDED , at risk of being euthanized

UPDATE: I found a rescue willing to back him, they will pay for vetting and food if I can find someone who is willing to FOSTER this would only be a 2week-2 month commitment help me save this baby if I can’t find him a foster I will have to surrender him at a shelter. Can someone please help me with this baby. I came to Walmart (Vance Jackson rd) and this sweet angel was wandering around the parking lot he looks to be about a year old I’ll take him to get checked tomorrow before I go to work but I can’t keep him and he needs vet attention for a skin condition and an open wound on his neck.
