Come work for one of the premier cut flower growers in Carpinteria! We have job openings for flower pickers and fieldworkers open now WITH A $500 BONUS AT 90 DAYS! Flower picking and/or farm work experience is preferred, but we can also train motivated individuals You must be self motivated, reliable, able to work hard and good with your hands Mostly Spanish is spoken in the field We have multiple shifts available: Shift Option #1: 8 hours per day Monday-Friday (7AM to 3:30PM) and 5 hours on Saturday (7AM to Noon) for a total of 45 hours per week Shift Option #2: Start after your regular job and work for 3+ hours per weekday (daylight allowing) and more on Saturdays if possible for 20 to 25+ hours per week Bonus Details: We will pay you $500 (before taxes) in 2 paychecks ($250 + $250) after you have completed 90 days of full-time (Shift Option #1) employment with us in good standing (no unannounced missed days, no discipline issues, achievement of proficiency in your job).
