Rose grove is hiring a part-time maintenance technician. We are a large mobile home community in Forest Grove. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician who can carry out repairs in plumbing, carpentry, and painting. Landscaping, tree trimming, heavy equipment experience, and janitorial services skills are needed as well. We are looking for someone who has strong attention to detail and time management skill. Must be comfortable working individually or on a team and possess the desire to continuously learn. Ability to lift 50lbs safely, experience preferred but will train. Pay based on experience
