If you like variety in your day this job is for you! Bear Printing is a fast growing Portland based digital print shop specializing in real estate marketing materials. We produce many small orders daily of flyers, postcards, business cards, signs and other similar small format products and ship them nationwide. We have the occasional job that folds, spiral binds, saddle stitches, etc. The right candidate for this position must have good math skills & technical know-how. This position will use digital duplo bindery equipment, guillotine cutter, uv coater, folder, stapler, coiler and our computerized job system to finish and package customer jobs. Specific machine training provided. Bindery Experience Preferred. Requirements: • Mechanical Aptitude • Good Math Skills • Good Organization Skills • Excellent Quality Control • Clear Communication Skills • Detail Oriented, Ability to Multi-task in a Fast Paced Environment • Ability to Prioritize and Schedule Jobs with Deadlines • Self Motivated & Team Oriented • Computer Literate • Be 18 or Older • Be able to stand, twist, bend, and lift 30-50 pounds regularly We offer a friendly, challenging and long-term/steady work opportunity with a fixed weekday schedule and weekends off.
