SUMMARY The Janitor will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, public areas, lunchrooms, locker rooms, work floor and restrooms for the facility. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, safety-focused, self-motivated, flexible, detail-oriented and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Duties and Responsibilities The following duties are typical for this role. Other duties may be assigned to address business needs and changing business practices. * Empty trash and replace trash bags * Sweep, dust, mop, and strip floors * Restock supplies * Clean toilets, sinks, and office windows * Shovel debris into dumpster * Drive tiger truck to transport supplies QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities The following generally describes requirements to enter the job and/or be learned within a short period to successfully perform the assigned duties. * Ability to use or learn how to use: broom, mop, dustpan, vacuum, shovel, bicycle, respirator and cleaning agents. * Ability to climb 12’ ladder * Ability to drive a tiger truck Education and Experience * Minimum of 2 years janitorial or facilities cleaning experience required * Valid driver license required To proceed with your application, please register with Greenbrier Gunderson and apply directly on the site here:.
