Long-Term position with GUARANTEED HOURS and a RENT DISCOUNT. Local Property Management Company looking for a part-time maintenance technician for a 260 unit Beaverton Apartment Community - Westbury Apartments. The perfect candidate will have preferred minimum of 1 year apartment maintenance experience, have the knowledge and the capability of completing a variety general maintenance tasks, including pool maintenance and be available for on-call scheduling. Must have a positive attitude, possess good customer service skills, work well independently and as part of a team. Maintenance Technician required Skills and Duties include, but are not limited to: • General maintenance • Electrical Maintenance/Repair • Basic Appliance Maintenance/Repair • Basic Plumbing • Sheetrock Repair • Painting • Carpentry • Pool Testing/Maintenance • Debris removal and light grounds maintenance Will require lifting of 50 to 80lbs, carrying, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling and carrying. This is a Part-Time position 4 days per week (Monday - Thursday). Additional hours may be offered, but not guaranteed. Rent Discount offered for on-site living.
