General Job Duties · Packing, carrying, inventorying damaged personal property from water, fire and mold incidents · Remove affected textile items such as clothing, area rugs and window coverings from homes · Field coordination and communication with customers, adjusters & contractors · Inventory, track, and document order through production processing · Customer contact and follow up through delivery of goods · Review and follow up billings and customer concerns · Manage multiple job files and assignments · Reports directly to Branch Manager Required Experience: · Strong customer service background, professional communication skills, · Applicant must be people oriented and show empathy · Applicant must be able to pass criminal background check and possess clean driving record · Ability to consistently lift up to 75 lbs. on a daily basis while packing jobs · Additional reasonable duties as assigned We Offer: · Job hours are typically Monday - Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm, overtime may be available daily and some Saturdays. · On call week every 4-6 weeks (emergency response). · Hourly wage starting $18.00/hr. · After 30 days: full health benefits · After 6 months: vacation accrual begins · After 1 year: 401k plan participation · 6 paid holidays per year
