Support the compliance with, and maintenance of, all food safety and regulatory programs
Responsible for insuring the quality, food safety and consistency of all NF&B foods products
Responsible for maintaining all safety related initiatives including, but not limited to, safety programs and incentives

Basic understanding of HACCP Principles for CCP controls
Prepare product batches as required by specific product formulations and specific procedures. Follow prepared formulations and procedures.
Accurate tracking of lot numbers during batching process
Working with QA to achieve properly approved product ready for filling
Must be capable of learning and using with a high skill level the Manufacturing systems used by NF&B.
Complete closings of completed batches into MC (Manufacturing Conductor) once batches are complete
Work with Warehouse materials handlers for timely supply of materials for batching
Work with Filler operator for timely supply of product for filling
Ability to document process records as required
Clearing work area and putting away materials at the end of shift
Understanding of appropriate SDS for job related chemicals
Knowledge of disassembly and re-assembly of required equipment
Ability to learn to operate required equipment
Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
