Hey, my brother gave me his cat and it was hard to say no at the time but I am severely allergic and it just hasn’t worked out. I need someone who can provide a home, love, and care to him. He’s independent but also wants attention. Very playful and funny:) I hes never been to the vet as my brother never took him and I just can’t afford too (I’m a college student).
