Essential Duties and Requirements: Cleaning and maintaining shop area Assist finishers in prepping cabinetry for painting (taping off cabinetry, moving cabinetry) Utilize sanding equipment to prep cabinetry and millwork for finishing Sanding in between coats Facilitating flow from Production into Finish area Ability to lift 50 lbs. multiple times per day. Skills and Experience: Knowledge of the use of basic hand tools Excellent communication skills are a must Ability to lift heavy materials Knowledge of cabinetry building process Work independently with minimal supervision Team Player Willingness to learn Dependable, hardworking and reliable Ability to understand/speak Spanish is a plus Please follow link to apply - We offer full-time employment with paid time off, IRA contributions and self-paid medical plan.
