Description: The Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for the shipping and receiving of all goods and services into and out of the company. The Order Fulfillment and Warehouse Coordinator is also responsible for inventory and warehouse management for the company. For this position, we will accept either a part-time (5-7 hours a day, 5 days a week) or full time (8 hours a day, 5 days a week) position. The candidate has the option to select either one. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, so if part-time is chosen, the hours must be during that time. Duties: • Will be responsible for all outgoing shipments of all processed/invoiced orders • Will handle the receiving of all incoming shipments • Directly responsible for maintaining inventory/stock of items within the warehouse • Coordinate and maintain an efficient order processing cycle • Develop e-commerce with new and existing customers • Execute new supply strategies for both procurement and sales • Perform weekly cleaning operations • Organizing an adequate base of shipping supplies • Generating and maintaining the labels for our company • Will be trained and certified in Ground (DOT) and Air (IATA) Dangerous Goods shipping Qualifications: • Experience with transportation/shipping or logistics
