I have a 2.5 year old female border collie. She was born 12/23/2018. Her name is Lilou. She is high energy. She does well with other animals but does play rough. She likes to stalk cats, she's not mean but she will chase. She is very sweet just high energy.. She has one brown eye and one blue eye. She is skinny but she's always been that way.
