1/3 acre, need lawn cut and raked. I have all the equipment. I do the trimming and the weed whacking, to save you a bit of time. You show up, mow and rake, and I pay you a very nice rate per hour, depending on the level of detail in your work. Usually takes 2 to 2.5 hours depending on how much needs to be raked. Ideally looking for a local that can be by every two weeks. You must have your own transportation, but no equipment is required. I have it all, and I prefer that you use my eco-friendly equipment. I pay based on how well you do the job, not based on how long it takes.
