Experienced & Professional Maintenance Technician needed for our busy, fast paced apartment community. You will be right hand to the Maintenance Supervisor + Property Manager and responsible for maintaining the community inside and out. Restoring units upon a resident moving out, preventative maintenance, grounds appearance and other duties that require attention to detail, dependability and working quickly without supervision is essential. - HVAC & Pool Certification helpful but not required (Company paid training and testing provided) - Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
