Underground waterleak detection

I have an underground water leak. Can you pinpoint its location? Maybe fix it too? It's either on the way into the house (under yard / ~5ft of slab), or secondary pipe under the slab on the way to my kitchen. Approx (or exactly) how much do you charge for leak detection? Do you use Hydrophones, or what equipment? After that, I want you / someone to fix it, either running new line into house (maybe over 5ft of slab rather than under it) and/or snaking a new line into my dropped-ceiling kitchen. Any Qs? Tkx.
