The Medve Group, Inc. is actively seeking a Make Ready Technician at The Arts at Broadway Commons in Garland, TX. Responsibilities: •Ensure all vacant apartments are ready prior to move-in. •Routine maintenance tasks, minor requests, routine preventative maintenance, and repairs. •Monitor physical condition of the community, pick up grounds and report any issues. •Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: •Experience with painting, sheet rock repair, carpentry and tiling. •HVAC experience in a PLUS. •Must be dependable and have own transportation.
