Looking for someone to drywall 1300 sqft

I am looking for someone that can dry wall 1300 ft² it will need a frame built there about 2 spots in the ceiling that will need drywall put up they're small spots about 2 sheets worth It is a brick wall so it will need to be studded My budget for this is $4000 dollars. There's also some scrap and some things in the bldg that will need to be thrown And gutted out so I am assuming a bin would need to be rented for A-day or so
