We are seeking a maintenance person with experience to join our team.
Partial List of essential duties & responsibilities:
*Communicate with resident manager daily.
*Ensure that all make ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
*Common area repairs and touch up painting.
*Maintain organization of shops and storage rooms.
*Perform preventative maintenance inspections.
*Organize supplies and equipment.
*Handle emergency calls and repairs as necessary.
*Constantly be aware of condition of physical property throughout the community and immediately correct unsafe conditions.
*Report all major repairs and requisitions to Management prior to any expenditure of funds.
Requirements:
*Experience in maintenance for an apartment property.
*Excellent customer service skills.
*Experience with electrical, plumbing, appliances and other household repairs.
*Compliance to Company policies
*Ability to troubleshoot issues
*Own some small hand tools.
