Full-Time Position Responsibilities include: 1. Perform daily general clean up of all areas of buildings and grounds as directed 2. Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders 3. Remove garbage from ground and hallways 4. Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests 5. Ensure vacant units are properly cleaned for showings 6. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible and self-motivated Experience: 1. 2+ years janitorial experience 2. High school diploma/GED required 3. Willingness to work weekends 4. Ability to work well under minimal supervision 5. Capacity to take direction 6. Strong attention to detail 7.
