License plate fell off I 5 south

At approximately 10 AM on Tuesday, 29 July I was headed south on I five. As I was coming around the corner Close to the Tigard exit in the left lane there was tire debris that I had to run over in order to avoid an accident. When I arrived at my employer approximately 2 miles further ahead and looked at the front of my car I noticed my license plate had been ripped off. If anyone has found it please contact me the plate number is 361 MBZ THANK YOU
