The Professor is in - and he's paying you to learn! Pool Professors are training people who have no experience in the pool industry so they can help us keep our clients pools gleaming! What you'll learn: Chemistry 101 - What keeps a pool clean, safe, and beautiful during the hot summer. Phys Ed 101 - Manual labor of brushing pools, emptying return filters, hauling gear. Biology 101 - You may see an occasional frog or snake in the return. Part of the job. Communications 101 - Positive, professional customer interaction is essential. Drivers Ed - Okay, you will need a license. But you'll use our trucks when working. Botany - You'll identify and remove leaves, grass, and other debris in the pools. Business 101 - You'll get paid hourly, plus a summer bonus, plus additional bonus incentives if you help secure additional accounts on your route. We'll teach all of it. What you'll do: Balance chemicals and clean pools - 10 times a day. You choose how many days a week you'd like to work - from as few as two to as many as five. You'll be a tanned hulk by summer's end. Typical hours are 6:30am-4pm. What you'll earn: A starting base of 15-dollars-per hour + a $1,000 bonus if you stick around a while.
