Experienced & Professional Maintenance Technician needed for our busy, fast paced apartment community. You will be right hand to the Property Manager and responsible for maintaining the community inside and out. Restoring units upon a resident moving out, preventative maintenance, grounds appearance and other duties that require attention to detail, dependability and working quickly without supervision is essential. - HVAC Certification helpful but not required (Company paid training and testing provided) - Must be able to pass background and drug screen.
