Looking for an experienced responsible and safety-conscious candidate to assist our Warehouse Operations Manager in running a smooth shift. You would be accountable for the processes and performance involved in the daily activities of the warehouse to achieve established goals. ReGo Trading Inc. is a Wholesale Distribution company that handles and moves home and beauty products across the tri-state area. You will be responsible for meeting customer service requirements while also maximizing the quality, safety, and productivity of operations. Strong management skills and know-how to keep things moving efficiently and carefully are a must! Working Hours Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm | Friday 8am - 2:30pm Responsibilities Protect all company assets in the warehouse Develops and establish necessary staffing systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee consistent, accurate and timely customer order fulfillment Supervise and delegate tasks to warehouse employees Promote high level of customer focus and leads a quality managed warehouse environment Oversee operational and personnel activities in the facility Maintain high standards of efficiency Place stock orders as required Recognize employee’s compliance with safety policies, procedures, and best practice Ensure orders arrive and are dispatched on time to appropriate destinations and in expected quantities Qualifications Attention to detail/well organized Ability to operate a forklift At least 3 years of warehouse experience Leadership skills Inventory management
