We are looking for long-term Janitorial Sub-Contractors to service our commercial buildings. Building sizes range between 1,000 square feet to 500,000+ square feet. We DO NOT SELL our accounts to our contractors! Our Janitorial Sub-Contractors are guaranteed payment on the 10th of each month. Must have General Liability and Workman’s Compensation Insurance. We have a Janitorial Sub-Contractors Informational meeting once a week. Please respond to this ad for day and time.
