SUPERINTENDENT WANTED Live-In Superintendent needed for mid-rise building in Palisades Park. Must have experience in general maintenance (stoppages, faucet repairs, etc.). We are looking for a couple. This building has 52 units and we need someone to be home at all times. Duties are to keep the building clean inside & outside at all times; take care of emergency calls from tenants, clean apartments after our maintenance crew gets them ready for occupancy; show apartments to prospective tenants; go to each apartment once a month with exterminator; and other small duties.
