Job description We are looking for a Warehouse Lead to start ASAP. Our warehouse lead would need to be a jack of all trades. Transitioning from check in of associates to production line if/when needed. This position requires: Must pass a drug test Must pass a background check Bi-Lingual is a plus Must have at least 1-year experience in the warehouse industry Must have at least 1-year experience as a Lead or Supervisor Be able to lift at least 25 pounds. Lead Responsibility The Lead will be supervising between 25-30 employees onsite. Making sure each employee is performing their job correctly. You will assist temps with clocking in and out daily on an I-pad Keeping track of the hours, including their lunch breaks. Communication with recruiters at the branch is a top priority.
