Aloha! We are a Landscape Contractor and General Contractor looking to hire a "Landscape Maintenance Foreman" for our Pearl City and Waimanalo Locations. A Landscape Maintenance Foreman is a working leadership job with the majority of time devoted to caring for our clients and for a crew. Requirements: -At least 2 Years of Landscape Maintenance or related experience : Mowing, String Trimming, Pruning, Blowing, Fertilizer's, Pesticide, Herbicides, Sprinklers etc - Time management skills, detailed oriented, organized, team member - Valid Drivers License -Reliable -Coachable -Positive Attitude -Passion for the Job Duties: -Ensure that we deliver great service to each account. -Cutting and edging lawns, removing weeds, pruning and shaping plants and trees, Cleaning up the properties, Fertilization, Herbicide, and Fungicide application. -Lead the crew to deliver a great service. - Ensure all members of the crew use the proper PPE. - Conduct a visual inspection to ensure that no tools are left behind, hoses are wrapped up, sprinklers are not left on and everything looks good. - Communicate with a manager about any issues. - Lead by example Benefits: Health Insurance, Dental, Vision, Vacation, Paid Holidays, 401K, Bonuses.
