An entertainment-based group fitness class designed to captivate and connect people with other health enthusiasts. Class is for all levels. Meet us at THE SPOT in Wynwood this Saturday. Explore the warehouse created to train in a Miami nightlife-inspired environment, experience live performance art, and foster connections amongst like minded individuals. Stay after the class and enjoy the Neon Warehouse Fitness Mixer where you'll be able to connect with the most influential figures in the Miami Fitness Community. There will also be vendors with products and services geared towards enriching the quality of one's well being. Led by Creator & Master Group Fitness Instructor, @DanielJDominguez Visual Exercise Demonstration by Fitness Model, @FashionMeetzFitness Entertainment by Performance Artist, @gabbycollazo_ Early Arrival of 10:30 AM is highly recommended to settle in and find a spot. The class will begin at 11 AM. Yoga Mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. A towel is recommended for one's own sweat. Water is sold on premise.
