The Healing Arts Center at First Unity Spiritual Campus is presenting monthly wellness classes for Mind Body and Spirit by Dr. Debbie Roche, DC, MS.July 27th is Reversing Dis-Ease, Foundational Health Vitality Tools and Principles. Every area of our health is directly impacted by several foundational wellness principles. These wellness principles help to optimize our cell function, brain wellness, and nervous system health providing us the opportunity to embrace vibrant health and joyful living. Join us for a fun and informative evening of wellness empowerment! This class is both IN-PERSON and via Live ZOOM. This class is available at $25. Dr. Debbie Roche and The Healing Arts Center at First Unity Spiritual Campus together are committed to your health and wellness and offer this class to you for a donation of any amount. Choose either ticket option that works best for you. ABOUT DR. DEBBIE:Dr. Debbie Roche is a board-certified chiropractor, functional medicine practitioner, and intuitive empowerment coach. She has great passion for teaching people how to live more vibrant and empowered lives through brain wellness, chiropractic medicine, natural medicine, cellular nutrition, metaphysics, and a strong connection to the divine/universal energy field. Dr. Debbie also board-certified to practice acupuncture. In addition to her chiropractic degree from National University of Health Sciences, Dr. Debbie has a master's degree in human nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and three undergraduate degrees from Eckerd College in biochemistry, psychology, and health promotion. Dr. Debbie has recently published a health-empowerment book focused on emotional healing and brain wellness called The Joy Matrix. She is also a very proud survivor and thriver within the “Me Too” community and is a leader in 12 Step Recovery and the LGBT community of Tampa Bay. We are a vibrant and inclusive community of seekers, artists, healers, and spiritual social activists we welcome all. We teach a positive, practical, and progressive approach to spirituality. Our spiritual campus features a spiritual education program, a prayer ministry, a bookstore, support groups and a variety of events, activities, and classes throughout the week.
