I started teaching in Los Angeles and completed another 200-hour yoga training along with a 50-hour yin training. Three years later, I moved to Denver and have been teaching yoga ever since. I started doing yoga because it was a way for me to heal and transition from my demanding life of working out and playing sports. After learning more about yoga, I fell in love with the lifestyle and philosophy. In my classes, I like to incorporate strength building movements, meditative holds and mindful transitions. When I am not teaching yoga, you can find me daydreaming or doing some sort of outdoor adventure. I also work as a nurse and have gained insight and certifications in holistic health and cannabis therapy.
